What Tam Farms costs include and exclude
A common question: "How much does it cost to join Tam Farms? What does that money cover?" The short answer — costs are broken into clear categories, and this article lists each one so you know what you're paying for.

When joining a journey at Tam Farms, the cost is not a single number. It is composed of several categories — each corresponding to a part of the experience. This article lists all cost categories so participants know exactly what they are paying for, and what is not included.
Cost category: location and space
- Location fee — the cost of using a Tam Farms certified location, including access to the space throughout the journey.
- Workspace — the cost for the work area, including desk, chair, lighting, and an environment suited for focused work.
Cost category: utilities and living
- Utilities — electricity, water, and internet. These are basic costs to maintain daily living at the location.
- Food — the cost of meals throughout the journey. The menu is designed to fit the pace and activities of the program.
Cost category: program and experts
- Program fee — the cost for designing, operating, and certifying the experience program. This part belongs to the Tam Farms model, not to the location.
- Expert fee — the cost for the accompaniment of experts in the system. Experts are recognized according to Tam Farms standards and allocated per program.
Cost category: transport and insurance
- Transport — the cost of movement related to the program, including trips within the scope of the journey.
- Insurance — participation insurance cost, to ensure basic safety for participants throughout the journey.
Cost category: personal
- Personal costs — items not included in the shared package: personal shopping, services outside the program, or expenses arising from individual needs. Participants are responsible for this category themselves.
Deposit and cancellation/refund policy
- Deposit — a prepayment to reserve a spot. This is conditionally refundable according to the specific policy.
- Cancellation policy — rules regarding cancellation of participation, including notice period and corresponding financial consequences.
- Refund policy — rules for refunding money in permitted cases, with conditions and processing time.
What is not included in the costs
Tam Farms costs do not include: flight/bus tickets to and from the location, personal medical expenses beyond insurance, personal medication, and any services outside the scope of the program. Participants need to prepare for these items themselves.
Transparent costs are a condition for trust. Participants need to know what they're paying for — and what they're not paying for.
The detailed cost structure is being finalized. This article will be published when pricing is formally locked.
