How to become a Tam Farms location
A new location joins the network under one of four equity node types, and must pass the Location Standard (20 criteria) before being certified.
Node 1
Founder-owned
Founder or company directly owns and operates. Full control, highest standard.
Node 2
Partner-owned
Partner owns the asset; Tam Farms provides brand, model, experts, programs, operations.
Node 3
Joint venture
Tam Farms and partner co-invest capital, assets, and operations; share revenue and equity.
Node 4
Expert-led
A certified expert develops the location under Tam Farms standards.
