Registration, screening, and confirmation process
From the moment you express your needs to check-in at the location — 10 clear steps, none skipped.
Tam Farms does not take participants on a "show up and stay" basis. Each person goes through a 10-step process — from declaring needs to check-in/check-out. This process ensures both sides understand the expectations, conditions, and limits before starting.
Step 1: Declare your needs
You describe your current needs: what stage you are at, what you want, what you expect. The more honest the declaration, the more accurate the screening.
Step 2: Choose a journey
Based on your needs, you choose one of six experience journeys. If you are unsure, the team supports you with guidance — but the final decision is yours.
Step 3: Check open locations
You see which locations are open, current capacity, and intake times. There may not always be a spot available — and that is stated plainly.
Step 4: Declare special needs
You declare: health status, allergies, medications you are taking, mobility limitations, special dietary needs. This information is confidential and used only to assess fit.
Step 5: Read the terms and privacy policy
You read the participation terms and the privacy policy. If you have questions, they are answered before you continue. No one is pressured to sign before they understand.
Step 6: Confirm costs
You receive a detailed cost breakdown: location fee, program fee, expert fee (if any), travel costs, insurance. You confirm you understand and agree to the fees.
Step 7: Sign consent
You sign a consent form — confirming you understand the goals, conditions, risks, scope of responsibility, and refund policy. Consent is stored on file.
Step 8: Approval or rejection
The Tam Farms team reviews your file and makes a decision: approve, request more information, or reject. Rejection is not a personal judgment — it is about the fit between your needs and the program.
Step 9: Preparation
If approved, you receive a preparation list: equipment, documents, clothing, personal medication. You also receive a preliminary schedule and the on-site manager's contact information.
Step 10: Check-in and check-out
Check-in: you arrive at the location, meet the on-site manager, and reconfirm conditions and consent. Check-out: you wrap up, receive feedback, and hand over the space. Every step is recorded.
The process is not a barrier — it is how we ensure you arrive at the right time, the right place, with the right expectations.
