1. What is Tam Farm?
Tam Farm is a small-scale living and working space in the outskirts of Da Lat, for people who want to experience a real way of living close to nature while keeping their current work. You come to live from 01 week to 03 months, take part in garden activities when it fits, and assess for yourself whether this way of living suits your next phase.
2. Is this a homestay?
No. This is not a mass-market homestay, not a hotel, not a resort, and not a commercial vacation facility. We host a maximum of 01–03 people each month at each location, and each participant is accompanied according to their specific needs, not according to a fixed service package.
3. How long is the stay?
Minimum 01 week and usual maximum 03 months. You can register by the week or by the month. A short time helps you feel the environment; a longer time gives you enough space to seriously assess whether this way of living fits long-term.
4. How many people are hosted each month?
Maximum 01–03 people each month at each location. The small scale is intentional — to keep the space quiet, ensure the quality of accompaniment, and respect the local community.
5. How do I register?
Message us on WhatsApp at +84 84 915 3426 to discuss needs, timing, and fit. After that comes a two-way assessment and confirmation based on availability. The online form is not yet ready. Submitting information does not mean approval.
6. Is there WiFi?
Yes. Each location has an internet connection stable enough for remote work. However, the real speed depends on the infrastructure in each outskirts area. If your work requires very high bandwidth (HD livestreaming, continuous large file uploads), please discuss it specifically before registering so we can check the real conditions.
7. Can I work remotely during my stay?
Yes, and this is one of the main purposes of the program. You bring your current work and maintain it in a new environment. There is a quiet work space, a garden to walk in for breaks, and a slower pace of life to refocus. You remain responsible for your own work and schedule.
8. Is this a therapy or healing center?
No. Tam Farm is not a medical facility, does not provide therapy services, does not offer medical advice, and does not replace specialist care. If you need medical or in-depth psychological support, please find an appropriate medical facility or specialist. The environment here may bring a sense of peace, but that is not a therapy service.
9. Do you guarantee employment or income?
No. We are not a recruitment agency, do not guarantee employment, and do not commit to income. If during your participation you have the opportunity to connect with experts, farms, or local businesses, that is the result of conversation — not a program commitment. This is also not a form of investment and does not guarantee profit.
10. How does food work?
There is a shared kitchen and cooking space. You cook for yourself and handle your own meals as you prefer, or you can go to the local market and use produce from the garden when it fits the season. We do not provide an all-inclusive food service. This approach helps you get closer to the daily rhythm of local life.
11. Can I bring my family?
Possible, but it needs to be discussed in advance. Because the scale is small and the living space is shared, coming with family members (especially young children) needs to be discussed carefully to ensure fit for you, for those accompanying you, and for the other participants. Let us know from the very first contact.
12. Do I need insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend you have health insurance or travel insurance valid for the entire duration of your stay. You are responsible for your own health and personal safety. See more on the Safety page.
13. Can I cancel after confirming?
Yes, but the cancellation and refund terms are agreed separately for each booking — there is no single policy that applies to all cases. All conditions will be stated clearly before you confirm your participation.
