Program 3
Freedom of living, work, finances, and inner life
You already have a foundation — stable work, enough income, real skills. But you still feel you are running, not choosing. This program is for you: to pause, look back at the four layers of freedom, and build a life you actually choose, rather than one you are swept along by.
What freedom is, in our sense
Freedom is not having a lot of money. It is not going everywhere. It is not having nothing to do. Freedom, the way we understand it, is being able to choose — choosing how to live, what work to do, what pace, how to respond to what comes. And choosing with intention, not by inertia.
We divide freedom into four layers. These four layers are not separate — they overlap. But to build them, you need to look at each layer clearly.
The four layers of freedom
1. Freedom of living
Being able to choose where you live, the pace you live at, the people you live with. Not trapped by "I have to be here because of work" or "I have to be here because family expects it."
2. Freedom of work
Being able to choose the work you do, how you do it, who you do it with. Not trapped in a job only because it pays, while you no longer want to do it.
3. Financial freedom
Not being rich. Being enough — enough to not do what you hate only for money, enough to pause for a while when needed, enough to choose projects for meaning, not only for income.
4. Inner freedom
The deepest layer. Being at peace with your choices, not shaken by others' opinions, not having to prove, not having to explain. This layer is the hardest to build, and the most important.
What you will do in the program
- Look back at each layer of freedom — how much you have, where you are lacking, what you are confusing.
- Write down the things you think are "freedom" but are actually avoidance — and vice versa.
- Try living for a while at a self-chosen pace — to see that real freedom requires discipline, not letting go.
- Do remote work on your own project, in a quiet environment — to see that freedom of work is not doing less, but doing what is right.
- Have real conversations with the founder about practical financial and inner choices, not theory.
What this is not
- Not a personal finance course — no investment roadmap, no "achieve financial freedom in X years" formula.
- Not a meditation retreat — no sesshin, no Zen master, no completion certificate.
- Not a promise that "you will be free when you leave" — freedom is a lifelong process, not a product you can buy in 3 months.
"Freedom is not going everywhere. Freedom is daring to stay in one place long enough to know you are there because you chose it."
