What is Tam Farms?
Tam Farms (Những Khu Vườn Tâm) is a small-scale living and working experience space in the outskirts of Da Lat. It does not sell vacations, does not sell therapy, does not promise income — it creates a real stretch of time for you to test yourself.
What Tam Farms is
Tam Farms is a chain model that can be replicated across multiple locations. Each certified location has its own capacity and intake conditions — verified against the Tam Farms Location Standard. At Lily (the first reference location), current capacity is 01–03 people/month. You do not come here to be served — you come to live in a different environment, close to nature, doing work that matters, with time to look back at yourself.
There are no packaged tours. No sample itineraries. There is a garden that needs tending, real work that needs doing, real questions that need answering. You set your own pace within the shared framework of this place.
The goal is not to make you "feel good" temporarily and then leave. The goal is for you to leave with a clearer answer about yourself — what suits you, what you want next, and what you need to change.
What Tam Farms is not
Saying clearly what it is "not" is no less important than saying what it "is." Because many people come here with the wrong expectations, and wrong expectations lead to a wrong experience.
- Not a hotel or mass-market homestay. No 24/7 room service, no reception desk, no menu. You live as a member of the garden and take care of your own basic needs.
- Not a resort. No pool, spa, or entertainment amenities. This is a place to live and work, not a place to vacation.
- Not a medical facility or therapy service. We do not practice medicine, do not provide professional psychological counseling, and do not replace doctors or therapists. If you need medical care, please find an appropriate medical facility.
- Not a recruitment agency. We do not recruit, do not introduce jobs, do not guarantee career outcomes. You can do remote work here, but the work is yours, not ours.
- Not an income-guarantee or investment program. No revenue commitments, no investment packages, no "pay to receive" model. Everyone who comes here is responsible for their own finances.

Do work that has meaning, has a product, has responsibility. Not work for show, not work to brag, not work to prove.

Learn with your hands and your time, not only with theory. A week in the garden can teach more than a book.
Create real value
Create things that are useful for yourself and for others — clean vegetables, running projects, clear writing. Do not create fake value.
Grow from within
Growth begins with stillness and self-reflection, not from outside pressure. Each person has their own pace of maturing.

Who should come, who should not
You should come if you want to try a different way of living, are considering moving to Da Lat, need a quiet stretch to find direction, or want to work remotely in a quieter environment.
You should not come if you are looking for a vacation, need medical treatment, expect to be served, or are looking for a ready-made job. This place cannot meet those expectations — and forcing a fit when there is none will only disappoint you.
