Students and new graduates: don't choose a career by imagination alone
A real-world experience program for students and new graduates who want to test careers, skills, and work environments.
Many students study for years but still don't know what real work looks like.
You may have a degree but no proof that you can do the job. You may know a lot of theory but not know which industry, team, or environment suits you.
Experience before committing years
Instead of choosing a career entirely by guesswork, participants can try small tasks in a real context:
- Writing content, research, design, or communications.
- Supporting a tech or small business project.
- Participating in gardening, space organization, and community activities.
- Learning to report progress, receive feedback, and revise deliverables.
What to create after the experience
- A clearer capability profile.
- A product or project you can present.
- An honest assessment of strengths and weaknesses.
- A specific study or job-search plan.
Not a replacement for school, but fills the practice gap
This space does not grant degrees and does not promise jobs. The value lies in exposing you to real requirements, real deadlines, real feedback, and real responsibility.
Don't just ask what career you like. Try creating value in that career and observe whether you want to continue.
Estimated experience duration
Minimum 1 week, maximum 3 months. Limited intake each month — register in advance to discuss fit, availability, cost, and specific conditions.
