What do one week, one month, and three months create?
Different timeframes create different outcomes. This article states each level clearly — and is upfront about what is not guaranteed.
A common question: "What can you do in 1 week? How is 1 month different? What does 3 months create?" The answer is not a promise — but an honest description of what time allows.
One week: baseline, journal, core issue, next step
One week is the shortest timeframe. It is not enough to change your life, but enough to:
- Establish a baseline — you record your current state: health, rhythm of life, energy, mood.
- Keep a daily journal — observe yourself in a new environment.
- Identify the core issue — what actually needs solving, not what you initially thought.
- Propose a next step — what to do after this week: continue for a month, return to your previous life, or change direction.
One month: small project, portfolio, habits, capability assessment, trial role
One month allows going deeper — not just observing but starting to act:
- Small project — you complete a project with a specific output.
- Portfolio — you have a document presenting your results, usable for the next step.
- Habits — you build and maintain new habits over 4 weeks.
- Capability assessment — you receive feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and a suitable field.
- Trial role — if suitable, you try a real role for a short period.
Three months: product, working model, business testing, report, life/financial plan
Three months is the longest timeframe, allowing for in-depth outcomes:
- Product — you complete a product, manuscript, or project of significant scope.
- Working model — you identify the way of working that suits you: time, space, pace.
- Business testing — if on the founder journey, you test a real business model.
- Report — you write a wrap-up report: what you did, what results, what you learned.
- Life and financial plan — you make a plan for the next 6–12 months, including finances.
What is not guaranteed
Tam Farms does not guarantee specific outcomes for anyone. Outcomes depend on effort, ability, circumstances, and the fit between the participant and the program. Time creates the conditions — but does not create the outcomes for you.
1 week to reflect. 1 month to try. 3 months to build. No level is guaranteed — but each level has clear value.
