Tam Farms does not call a payment a “contribution” to avoid transparency. Whatever its label, participants must know what it covers.
Why there is no single price
Tam Farms is a chain model, while each location has different legal, capacity, utility and operating conditions. Duration, support and participant needs also vary. A single number could mislead.
What a written proposal must include
Location
Space, duration, utilities, Internet, kitchen, cleaning and limits.
Programme
Activities, materials, coordination and actual support.
Expert
Only when an expert, schedule and scope are confirmed.
Personal costs
Travel, personal food, healthcare, insurance, shopping and out-of-scope services.
Deposit and payment
Amount, timing, legal receiving entity and receipt.
Cancellation and refunds
Deadlines, refundable and non-refundable amounts, and force majeure.
Payment principles

- Do not transfer money based only on a social message or an account absent from the written proposal.
- No payment is taken when an inquiry is submitted.
- Any change in amount or scope must be reconfirmed.
What payment does not mean
- A contribution is not an investment and creates no profit right.
- A payment does not buy an employment, income, therapeutic or personal outcome.
- Payment does not override safety or fit requirements.
