Tam Farms Experts

Expert status in the Tam Farms network is earned, verified, and re-certified — not self-claimed. No one is called "expert" just because they self-declare.

What is a Tam Farms expert?

A Tam Farms expert is someone whose expertise has been assessed against the Tam Farms Expert Standard (TAMFARMS_EXPERT_STANDARD_2026), evidenced, and approved by the founder. Expertise is not a job title, a degree alone, or years of experience alone — it is the combination of knowledge, applied skill, and documented outcomes.

No one is called "expert" just because they self-declare.

Experts must be certified — not self-proclaimed.

A certified expert can participate in the Tam Farms network in multiple ways: leading programs, personal mentoring, project consulting, and location development. Each expert has a public profile listing only verified expertise domains and certified programs.

Expert Standard — 16 criteria

The Tam Farms Expert Standard comprises 16 criteria, covering identity, expertise, evidence, programs, ethics, and recertification. Full reference in TAMFARMS_EXPERT_STANDARD_2026.

Identity & profile

Legal name, display name, expert ID, contact channel, consented profile photo, bilingual bio, affiliated locations.

Expertise & evidence

Portfolio of applied work with verifiable outcomes, or peer/client testimonials, or certifications/publications, or teaching evidence.

Programs & ethics

Lead only certified programs; comply with ethics standards, no overclaim, no unverified affiliation claims.

Recertification

Expert certification has a validity period. Periodic recertification requires fresh evidence and re-assessment.

How experts participate

Certified experts can participate in the network in several ways, depending on their expertise and personal goals.

Form 1

Lead programs

Design and lead workshops, cohorts, residencies, and project labs under the Tam Farms program standard.

Form 2

Mentoring & consulting

One-on-one accompaniment with participants, project consulting, and career guidance.

Form 3

Location development

Develop a location under the "expert-led" equity node (Node 4), contributing expertise and operations.

Revenue share model

By default, revenue from expert activities in the Tam Farms network is shared at a 70/30 ratio: the expert receives 70%, and the Tam Farms model receives 30% to sustain brand, standards, technology, and QA. This ratio may be adjusted for specific agreements (e.g., enterprise projects, joint ventures, expert-led locations), but the default 70/30 applies to all standard programs.

All revenue share agreements are documented in the expert agreement (expert-agreement.md) and require founder approval. There are no public profit promises — revenue sharing is based on actual, evidenced revenue.
