Technology and projects

Trần Hà Tâm · Tam Farm · Da Lat, Lam Dong

On one side, the garden. On the other, the screen. At Tam Farm, we do not choose one over the other — we let them balance each other. Real remote work, in a quiet environment, with a slower pace of life — that is a way of working many people are looking for.

Remote work here

If you work online — programming, design, writing, digital marketing, project management, remote consulting — you can bring your work into this place. We have a quiet space, stable enough internet, and a pace of life that lets you focus on the work rather than being distracted.

There is no office-style coworking space. There is a work corner in the house, a table on the porch looking out at the garden, and real quiet — no music, no constant phone calls, no one running back and forth.

Personal projects

Many people come here not only to do their current work, but to develop a project of their own — a side product, a blog, a small app, a body of content, a startup idea in the trial stage.

The time here — especially 1–3 months — is enough to take a project from idea to a working demo, a first article, or a first trial customer. And because you are not caught up in the city's pace, you can move faster than you think.

Tech skills

The founder of Tam Farm has worked in technology for many years. If you are learning a new skill — programming, web building, automation, working with AI — you can discuss, ask, and get feedback from someone who has been through it. Not a course, but a real conversation between people who actually do the work.

Developing projects together

In some cases, if your project fits the direction of the omdalat.com ecosystem, there may be an opportunity for small collaboration — writing content, testing a product, or contributing to a shared project. This is not a commitment, but a possibility, and only happens when both sides see a fit.

Suggested work rhythm

  • Early morning, work when the mind is freshest — the garden is quiet, the air is cool, few interruptions.
  • Midday, a long break — light gardening or a walk.
  • Afternoon, continue with a lighter load — email, online meetings, reviews.
  • Evening, no work — truly rest, read, talk, or simply do nothing.

This is a suggested rhythm, not mandatory. But many people try it and realize they get more done in 4 fresh morning hours than in 8 tired evening hours.

What this is not

  • Not a commercial coworking space — no desks for rent, no monthly packages.
  • Not a startup bootcamp — no scheduled mentoring, no demo day.
  • Not a company office — you do your work, not ours.
