When you need to pause after burnout and prolonged pressure
A slow, quiet, and structured space for people who need rest, to reorganize their rhythm of life, and to find appropriate support.
There are times when you don't need another goal. You need to stop forcing yourself to keep operating as if nothing happened.
Prolonged pressure can disrupt sleep, reduce concentration, and make every decision feel heavier.
Pausing does not mean giving up
A pause can help you slow down, eat more regularly, move gently, reduce distractions, and observe signs you previously kept ignoring.
Simple activities
- Walking and exposure to natural light.
- Light gardening within your capacity.
- Reducing meetings and device time.
- Writing down what is causing pressure.
- Seeking professional support when needed.
Boundaries are very important
Tam Farm is not a mental health treatment center, addiction recovery facility, rehabilitation center, or medical institution.
People with severe symptoms, risk of self-harm, needing medication, or requiring medical supervision must contact an appropriate specialized facility first.
Rest does not solve everything. But a body too exhausted will make it hard to solve anything wisely.
