Terms of Participation

The following terms apply to all participants at Tam Farm locations. By confirming participation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Participation is voluntary

Your participation in Tam Farm is entirely voluntary. No one forces you, and there are no commitments or obligations beyond what has been clearly agreed by both parties. You decide the timing, goals, and level of participation that suit you.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Tam Farm provides space and a living environment — we do not guarantee any specific outcome. We do not promise that you will:

• find a new direction for your work or life;
• develop a specific project or product;
• feel peaceful, happy, or positively changed;
• decide whether to move to Da Lat long-term.

Those outcomes — if they happen — depend on you, not the program. We provide the environment; you create your own experience.

3. Not a medical or therapeutic service

Tam Farm is not a medical facility, does not provide therapy services, does not offer medical advice, does not provide psychological treatment, and does not replace specialized care. If you need medical or psychological support, please seek an appropriate medical facility or professional. The environment here may bring a sense of peace, but that is not a therapeutic service.

4. Not a recruitment service

We are not a recruitment agency, do not guarantee employment, and do not promise income. If during your participation you have the opportunity to connect with experts, farms, or local businesses, that is a result of exchange — not a program commitment. We do not act as an intermediary between you and any employer.

5. Not a form of investment

Participating in Tam Farm is not a form of investment. We do not promise profits, do not share revenue, and do not issue any financial instruments. Any payment is only a program participation fee — not capital contribution and does not yield returns.

6. Participant responsibility

Throughout your stay, you are responsible for:

• your health, safety, and personal decisions;
• your work, schedule, and productivity;
• complying with Vietnamese law and location rules;
• damage (if any) caused by your fault to property or others.

Tam Farm is not responsible for risks arising from your personal decisions or health conditions. See the Safety page for details.

7. Payment confirmed per booking

There is no fixed price list that applies to all cases. Participation fees, payment methods, deadlines, and specific terms are agreed separately for each booking, based on:

• duration of stay;
• location and actual conditions;
• needs and level of support discussed.

All payment terms will be stated clearly before you confirm participation. No payment is required without clear written or message-based agreement.

8. Cancellation policy confirmed per booking

Similar to payment, cancellation and refund policies are agreed separately for each booking — there is no universal policy. Conditions related to cancellation deadlines, refund percentages, and force majeure will be stated clearly before confirmation.

We recommend reading cancellation terms carefully before confirming, and purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage if appropriate.

9. Founder reserves the right to decline applicants

Tam Farm reserves the right to decline any applicant — before or after discussion — when we determine they are not a fit for the spirit, operational conditions, or safety of the program. Declination does not require detailed reasons, and the founder's decision is final.

Sending a message does not guarantee acceptance.

10. Compliance with house rules and law

Participants must comply with the house rules of the location and Vietnamese law throughout their stay. Serious violations — especially those involving drugs, safety, harm to others, or property damage — may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, design — is owned by Tam Farm unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, use, or distribute content for commercial purposes without permission. Content you create during your participation belongs to you.

12. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as needed. The version applicable to you is the one shared with you at the time of participation confirmation. If there are material changes during your stay, we will notify you in advance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese legal procedures.
