Information you share is stored in existing communication channels (WhatsApp conversations, email, or internal documents) and only the founder and operator have access. We do not store registration data on public servers and do not use online databases for this purpose.

Data is retained for as long as needed for registration assessment, program operations, and reasonable internal record-keeping. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

3. No third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information is used internally only for registration assessment and program operations.

The only exception is when required by law or legitimate request from competent authorities.

4. Right to request deletion

You have the right to request that we delete or anonymize your personal information at any time. Send a WhatsApp message to +84 84 915 3426 with your request. We will process it within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is legally required.

5. No tracking cookies

This website is static and does not use tracking cookies. We do not install analytics tools that track user behavior (such as Google Analytics), do not use advertising pixels, and do not track you across other sites.
