This page explains how CÔNG TY TNHH SX‑TM‑DV THÁI LÂM, the legal operator of Tam Farms, collects, stores and processes personal information when you send an inquiry.

1. Data we collect

When you contact us to inquire or register, we may collect the minimum information needed to assess fit:

• name;
• contact information (phone, WhatsApp account, email if provided);
• programme of interest, expected timing and group size;
• needs and expectations you share during the conversation;
• number of people accompanying you (if any).

We do not collect sensitive data such as bank card numbers, passport numbers, or detailed medical information via messages. Payment information (if any) is handled through a separate channel and agreed upon per booking.

2. Purpose, storage and retention

Form data is sent to the omdalat.com API and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with controlled access. Continued conversations may also appear in email, WhatsApp or internal operating records.

Data is used to assess fit, respond, prepare a proposal and preserve consent history. Inquiries that do not become a programme are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after no more than 12 months. Transaction, dispute or legally required records may be retained longer.

3. Processors and disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be processed by Cloudflare infrastructure, an email provider and authorised operators only as needed to receive and respond to the inquiry.

Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legitimate rights. Form data is not used to train an external AI model without separate consent.

4. Right to request deletion

You have the right to request that we delete or anonymize your personal information at any time. Contact us via the contact page with your request. We will process it within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is legally required.

5. No tracking cookies

This website is static and does not use tracking cookies. We do not install analytics tools that track user behavior (such as Google Analytics), do not use advertising pixels, and do not track you across other sites.

If this changes in the future, we will update this page and notify clearly before implementing.

6. WhatsApp and third-party policy

When you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp's platform. How WhatsApp collects, stores, and processes your data is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not by Tam Farms. We recommend reading WhatsApp's policy to understand how the platform handles data.

7. Links to external sites

This website may contain links to external sites (e.g., WhatsApp, government agencies). Tam Farms is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Please review each site's own policy before sharing information.

8. Data security

We use HTTPS, access controls, change logs and anti-spam controls for the form. No method is completely secure; a data incident is assessed and notified as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what information about you is being stored;
• request access, correction, or deletion of personal information;
• decline permission for us to continue storing your information (this will prevent further registration assessment);
• ask questions about how your information is processed.
